Bathrooms that pass the leak test the first time.

The cheapest bathroom is the one you only renovate once. We hack to slab, re-tank properly and let the screed cure for the time it actually needs.

Bathroom scope

What gets done — properly — in every PrimoQuo bathroom.

We don't tile over old tile. We don't paint waterproofing. Bathrooms are the room most likely to embarrass a contractor five years later, so we take the time to do them right.

Included in scope

  • Full hack-out to concrete slab, including existing screed
  • Two-coat cementitious waterproofing membrane on floor and lower walls
  • 48-hour standing water test before screed pour, photographed and signed
  • Plumbing rerouting and brass-fitting hot/cold mixers
  • Tiled wet wall, dry wall and floor with chamfered edging
  • Vanity carpentry with sealed plywood and laminate or solid-surface tops
  • Frameless glass partition or shower screen install
  • Rain shower, hand shower and exhaust fan install
  • Soffit drop where soil pipes need rerouting

Typical investment

A 5–6 sqm condo bathroom comes in around RM 32,000–RM 48,000 for a full hack-out remodel. Larger master baths with freestanding tubs and double vanities land around RM 60,000–RM 80,000. Light-touch refurbs (keep tile, swap fixtures and vanity) start near RM 14,000.

How long it takes

Plan on four to six weeks on site for a full hack-out. The waterproofing cure time is non-negotiable — we'd rather lose a day than chase a leak six months later.
