What a typical PrimoQuo kitchen project covers.
We'll measure up your existing space, talk through how you actually use the kitchen, and put together a working drawing within a fortnight. Once you've signed off on the layout and finishes, the build itself usually runs five to seven weeks.
Included in scope
- Layout planning, working drawings and finish-sample meetings
- Demolition and disposal of existing cabinetry
- Plumbing reroutes, gas line work and induction power circuits
- Wet wall tiling, splash-back tiling and floor preparation
- Custom cabinetry — solid plywood carcasses with your choice of door material
- Stone or solid-surface countertop fabrication and installation
- Range hood ducting to the external wall (no recirc-only setups unless required)
- Task lighting design and dimmable circuits
- Appliance install and final commissioning
Typical investment
Kitchen makeovers usually fall between RM 38,000 (lighter cabinetry refresh in a condo galley kitchen) and RM 140,000 (full reconfiguration in a terrace home with island and stone counters). Mid-range for a 14 sqm condo kitchen with stone counters and an induction hob lands around RM 68,000.
How long it takes
From quote acceptance: two weeks for drawings and finish selections, then five to seven weeks on site. We hand over the snag list in the final week so the kitchen is genuinely usable from day one of move-in.
