A small crew, a long memory, and a habit of showing up.
We started as a two-person carpentry workshop in Setapak, took on our first full reno in 2014, and have grown — quietly — into a team of fifteen tilers, electricians, carpenters and project leads. You'll get a quote that lists every line item with measured quantities. If we missed something, that's our problem to absorb — not your variation order.

If we wouldn't put it in our own home, we won't put it in yours. We'll talk you out of finishes that look great in showrooms but won't survive Klang Valley humidity.

Site walk & brief
We meet you on site, measure up, and listen. No charge, no obligation, and the visit usually takes about an hour.
Itemised quote
Within five working days you'll have a written scope with quantities, finishes and a realistic timeline.
Drawings & selections
Once you sign off the quote, we draft the working drawings and walk you through finish samples in our Wangsa Maju studio.
Build phase
Daily site photos, weekly progress calls and a single PM you can text directly. Expect tidy hand-offs between trades.
Snag & hand-over
We walk the site with you, list every snag together, and don't invoice the final 5% until you've signed it off.

Common questions
Things owners usually ask first.
How long does a typical kitchen renovation take?
For a 12–18 sqm kitchen with new cabinetry, plumbing reroutes and tiled wet works, plan on 5–7 weeks from site start. We'll give you a working calendar in the quote and update it weekly as we go.
Do you handle drawings and council submissions for extensions?
Yes. For extensions and structural work we engage a partner Architect (PAM) and submit to DBKL, MBPJ or MBSJ as appropriate. We also handle BOMBA where it's required. The fees are itemised in your quote.
Can we live in the house while you renovate?
For partial renos — one bathroom, a bedroom, a single kitchen — usually yes, with proper dust barriers and a daily clean-up routine. For full overhauls we'll be honest if we think you'll want to be elsewhere for a fortnight.
What's included in your quote?
Every line item: demolition, hacking, waterproofing, plumbing, electrical, tiling, carpentry, paint, finishes by SKU, plus a contingency line you can see and approve. There are no "miscellaneous" categories.
How do payments work?
Five staged payments tied to project milestones: 10% on signing, 25% on demolition complete, 30% on M&E rough-in, 30% on tiling complete, and the final 5% only after you've signed off the snag list.
Where in the Klang Valley do you take jobs?
Anywhere within roughly an hour of our Wangsa Maju studio. That comfortably covers KL, PJ, Subang, Shah Alam, Damansara, Cheras, Kajang and Sungai Buloh. Anything further afield we'll discuss case-by-case.
What's your guarantee on completed work?
Two years on workmanship — wet works, carpentry, plumbing and electrical we install. Materials carry the manufacturer's warranty (we hand you the paperwork at completion).
