Terms & Conditions

Last reviewed: 1 March 2026

These terms cover your use of https://primoquo.pro (the "site") and apply to anyone who interacts with the site, requests a quote or contacts us through it. The terms of any signed contract for actual renovation works will always sit on top of these and take precedence where they conflict.

About us

The site is operated by PrimoQuo Build Sdn Bhd, a private limited company registered in Malaysia (SSM 202301098765 (1438922-K)) with its registered office at Suite 23-7, Wangsa 118, Jalan Wangsa Delima, 53300 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Using the site

  • You agree to use the site for lawful purposes only and not to attempt to interfere with its security or normal operation.
  • You won't use scraped content, contact details or photography from this site for unsolicited commercial messaging.
  • The site is provided "as is" — we work hard to keep it accurate and online, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Quotes and proposals

Any figures or ranges shown on this site are illustrative, not contractual. A binding price is only created once we issue you a written, signed quotation that specifies scope, finishes, quantities and timeline — and you've signed and returned it. Quotations are valid for 30 days unless explicitly extended.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — copy, photographs, drawings and the visual design — belongs to PrimoQuo or our content partners. You may share individual pages by URL on social media, link to the site from yours, or quote short extracts with attribution. Bulk reproduction or commercial reuse requires written permission.

Third-party links

Where we link to a third-party site (for example, a manufacturer's product page) we don't endorse and aren't responsible for that site's content, terms or privacy practices.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from your use of this site is limited to the amount you've actually paid us for goods or services in the previous twelve months, or RM 100, whichever is greater. Nothing in these terms excludes any liability that can't be excluded under Malaysian law — including liability for fraud or for personal injury caused by negligence.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any dispute arising from them is subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last reviewed" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the site after a change implies acceptance of the new terms.
