This privacy notice explains how PrimoQuo Build Sdn Bhd ("PrimoQuo", "we", "our") handles personal information collected through this website, in person, or over the phone in the course of providing renovation and construction services in Malaysia. We comply with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).
What we collect
- Contact data — your name, phone number, email address and project address when you submit an enquiry, send us a WhatsApp, or speak with us by phone.
- Project information — drawings, photos, measurements, budget indications and finish preferences you share with us.
- Site visit data — measurements, condition photos, signed quote documents and contract paperwork.
- Website analytics — anonymous usage statistics: pages viewed, time on site, referring source, approximate region. No identifying cookies are loaded until you accept them.
How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiry and prepare a written quote.
- To plan, schedule and deliver the renovation works contracted with you.
- To maintain warranty records for completed work for the duration of the workmanship guarantee.
- To comply with our tax, accounting and legal obligations under Malaysian law.
- To send you occasional follow-up emails — only if you've opted in. We don't run a newsletter or promotional list.
Who we share data with
We share information only where it's necessary to deliver your project: with the partner architect or PE engineer engaged on the job, with the local council for submission purposes, and with our accountant for invoicing. We don't sell, rent or trade personal data with third parties.
How long we keep it
Quote enquiries that don't proceed are deleted within 12 months. Active project records are kept for the duration of the workmanship guarantee plus a further 24 months for warranty support. Tax-related records are retained for the seven years required under the Income Tax Act 1967.
Your rights
You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct anything that's inaccurate, or request deletion (subject to legal retention requirements). To exercise any of these rights, write to [email protected].
