What a PrimoQuo office fit-out includes.
We work to your move-in deadline first, your scope second, and any landlord fit-out manuals third. The brief usually starts as a floor plan and a rough headcount; we work back from there into a real, costed package.

- Test-fit and space-planning around your team's working patterns
- Demolition, dust barriers and construction-period site cleaning
- Glass partitions, demountable walls and acoustic doors
- Suspended ceiling install and existing-ceiling acoustic upgrades
- Air-conditioning reticulation, server-room cooling where required
- Power and data trunking, structured cabling, patch panel termination
- Custom workstation and meeting-room joinery
- Pantry build-outs with proper plumbing and ventilation
- Landlord fit-out submissions, BOMBA where applicable
Typical investment
Light-touch refresh of an existing office: from RM 350 per sqm. Mid-range fit-out with new partitions and joinery: RM 800–RM 1,200 per sqm. Premium fit-outs with bespoke joinery and high-end finishes: RM 1,400+ per sqm.
How long it takes
A 60 sqm fit-out typically completes in three to four weeks; a 200 sqm office usually runs eight to ten weeks. We'll plan around your lease commencement so you move in on day one of paid rent, not week three.
